HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT

In its efforts for human resources development in all spheres of activities Hussain Clothing Ltd. Offers various courses of training in-house courses of different duration are conducted for trainiizg/u p grading skills on quality control system, serving machine operation, first aid, firefighting, standing operating procedure, personaI protective equipment, environment health & Safety and maintenance of machine etc. In addition training workshop/seminars a reconducted regularly for officers/ supervisors/ staffs on Q.C. system. Human rights, labour rights and general managment following training courses are conducted:

  1. QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM: Newly recruited quality inspectors are given four freeks training on quality control system covering piece goods, cutting, in-process and final
  2. MIDDLE MANAGEMENT COURSE : We arrange middiemanagement course to improve production, quality as well as management.
  3. FIRST AID: Selected workers are given training in every quarteran first aid by the medical
  4. FIRE FIGHTING: Selected workers are given training on firefighting which comer duties of fire-fighting party, salvage party, cordon party and uses of different firefighting equipment’s.
  5. STANDING OPERATING PROCEDURE : Every new worker is given standing a perating procedure (SOP) tra ining which cove rs the general duties and responsibilities of everyone with in his/her duties in the factory.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

This training program is modeled with a view to train up workers to deliver high-Ievel performance in regularized safety and accident management. Through PPE training workers, supervisors and managers will come to kFlDv/ about safety In addition to professionaI training, this PPE training will help the worker re main safe and save others not onIy inside the factory but also outside of it.
